Biography
Alita Ingle is a litigation paralegal at Trauma Lawyers based in Nashville, Tennessee. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Urshan University with an emphasis in Counseling. During her studies, she completed an internship with The Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Group, where she assisted in psychotherapy-based support services for individuals, children, and families facing mental health, developmental, and physical challenges.
With experience in bankruptcy law, civil defense litigation, personal injury litigation, office administration, and nonprofit leadership, Alita plays an integral role in case management from intake through resolution. She assists attorneys with litigation strategy, legal document drafting, discovery, records collection, trial preparation, and client communication. Her diverse legal background and ability to combine organization, efficiency, and compassion help clients feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the legal process.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Alita is dedicated to serving others through her involvement in various ministries within her local church and is a paralegal member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA). Born and raised in North Carolina, Alita values faith, family, and authentic relationships. She enjoys music, cooking, and spending time with her two pups, Gnocchi and Boo. She is passionate about advocacy, serving people, and pursuing her long-term goal of becoming an attorney.
